The Heaven’s Door range of whiskey have been created by Bob Dylan and Marc Bushala (founder of Angel’s Envy Bourbon), made in a church in Tennessee.
A unique mash bill from Tennessee, this Bourbon utilizes 30% “small grains” to complement the character imparted from spending a minimum of 8 years in American oak barrels. The result is smooth and lasting with notes of vanilla and baked bread layered over a bed of toasted oak.
Nose: Cedar, summer berries, cacao and toasted grains.
Palate: Festive spices, vanilla pod, buttered corn and rye warmth.
Finish: More authentic vanilla notes, paired with peanut brittle and nutmeg.
